Kent brings invaluable practical farming experience, having personally managed multiple crops over his farming career. This extensive hands-on experience provides intimate understanding of the challenges farmers face: unpredictable weather, pest pressures, market
volatility, and the constant balance between investment and returns.
As COO, Kent translates field experience into proprietary formulations that address real agronomic challenges rather than theoretical optimizations. He personally trains all technical support staff, ensuring knowledge transfer combines practical farming wisdom with scientific
precision.
